Website content is provided for general informational and promotional purposes. Accessing the Website or submitting an application, questionnaire, enquiry, or contact form does not create a client relationship or guarantee that Secret Sense will provide services.

Secret Sense may accept or decline an application or enquiry at its discretion, subject to applicable law.

Planning services are not confirmed or reserved until the applicable planning fee has been received. Until payment is received, Secret Sense does not guarantee availability, commencement of services, or reservation of planning capacity, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Paid Secret Sense planning services are governed separately by the Secret Sense Client Terms & Conditions, which are provided to clients before purchase.

2. ACCEPTABLE USE

You may use this Website only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes.

You must not:

5. FORA TRAVEL AND THIRD PARTIES

Secret Sense LLC operates its travel-planning business through Eniko Kolic, an independent travel advisor affiliated with Fora Travel, Inc.

Secret Sense may use Fora's advisor infrastructure, supplier relationships, booking systems, technology, and other resources in connection with travel planning and bookings. Fora is not the provider of Secret Sense's separate planning services.

Hotels, airlines, transportation providers, activity providers, restaurants, booking platforms, and other travel services are provided by independent third parties and are subject to their own terms and conditions.

The Website may also contain links to third-party websites or services. Secret Sense is not responsible for the content, availability, security, privacy practices, or operation of those third-party services.

6. WEBSITE DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We aim to keep Website information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that all content will always be complete, accurate, reliable, or up to date.

To the extent legally permitted, any dispute arising solely from or relating to use of this Website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico or, where federal jurisdiction applies, the applicable federal court in New Mexico.
