If you purchase Gift a Surprise, you may provide personal information relating to another person who will receive or participate in the trip.

This may include the Recipient's:

• dietary or accessibility requirements;

• interests;

• traveler information;

• delivery information; and

• other information reasonably required to plan the requested surprise.

If you provide us with personal information about another person, you represent that you are authorized to provide that information or otherwise have an appropriate basis for doing so.

Please avoid providing sensitive information about another person unless it is reasonably necessary for the requested service.

Payment-card information may be processed directly by third-party payment processors, Fora, travel suppliers, or other authorized payment platforms.

Secret Sense does not necessarily receive or store complete payment-card information when payment is processed through a third-party payment provider.

f. through Fora or travel suppliers where necessary in connection with travel arrangements;

g. automatically through our website and related technologies; and

h. from service providers assisting us with the operation of Secret Sense.

3. HOW WE USE PERSONAL INFORMATION

We may use personal information to:

a. respond to inquiries and applications;

b. determine whether Secret Sense services are suitable for a prospective Client;

c. prepare and provide personalized travel-planning services;

d. create Intake Questionnaires, Travel Briefs, proposals, itineraries, recommendations, maps, and other planning materials;

e. personalize surprise travel experiences;

f. administer Surprise Levels and determine what travel information should remain concealed or be disclosed;

g. communicate with Clients, Purchasers, Travelers, and Recipients where appropriate;

h. research travel options;

i. obtain availability and pricing information;

j. facilitate or arrange travel bookings authorized by the Client;

k. communicate traveler requirements to Fora or relevant travel suppliers;

l. process planning fees and other authorized payments;

m. prepare invoices and maintain transaction records;

n. prepare, personalize, and ship Reveal Packages;

o. provide customer support;

p. manage revisions and planning requests;

q. administer the Secret Sense Satisfaction Guarantee;

r. maintain records of Client selections, approvals, and booking authorizations;

s. prevent fraud, misuse, or unauthorized transactions;

t. maintain the security and operation of our website and systems;

u. comply with legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, or insurance obligations;

v. establish, exercise, or defend legal claims;

w. improve Secret Sense services and client experience; and

x. carry out other purposes disclosed to you at the time information is collected or with your consent.

4. SURPRISE TRAVEL AND INFORMATION USE

Because Secret Sense provides surprise travel-planning services, some information may intentionally be handled differently from a conventional travel-planning service.

For example, Secret Sense may:

• receive information from a Purchaser without immediately disclosing it to the Recipient;

• retain destination or activity information until the applicable reveal stage;

• use Client preferences to select travel elements that remain concealed;

• communicate booking information in a manner designed to preserve the selected Surprise Level; or

• provide certain information directly to travel suppliers without revealing the corresponding surprise element to the Client or Recipient.

The surprise nature of the service does not change our commitment to protecting personal information.

5. HOW WE SHARE PERSONAL INFORMATION

We do not sell personal information for money.

We may share personal information where reasonably necessary to operate Secret Sense or provide the services you request.

5.1 Fora Travel

Eniko Kolic operates as an independent travel advisor affiliated with Fora Travel, Inc.

Information may be shared with or processed through Fora where necessary to research, facilitate, manage, or book travel arrangements or to use Fora's advisor infrastructure.

Fora may process information according to its own privacy practices.

5.2 Travel Suppliers

Where you authorize or request a travel arrangement, we may provide necessary personal information to relevant independent travel suppliers.

These may include:

• hotels;

• airlines;

• transportation providers;

• tour operators;

• activity and experience providers;

• restaurants;

• booking platforms; and

• other travel-related suppliers.

Once personal information is provided to an independent supplier, that supplier may process the information under its own privacy policy and legal obligations.

Unsubscribing from promotional communications will not prevent Secret Sense from sending service-related communications necessary to administer an active Client relationship, booking, payment, Reveal Package, or other requested service.

The Secret Sense website may use cookies or similar technologies to:

• operate website functionality;

• remember preferences;

• understand website usage;

• measure traffic and performance;

• improve the website;

• prevent fraud or security incidents; and

We do not knowingly allow individuals under 18 years of age to enter into a planning agreement directly with Secret Sense.

Information about minors may nevertheless be provided by a parent, legal guardian, Purchaser, or authorized adult where the minor is traveling as part of a trip.

Such information will be used only as reasonably necessary to provide the requested travel-planning or booking-related services.

14. INFORMATION PROVIDED ABOUT OTHER PEOPLE

If you provide personal information about another Traveler, Recipient, family member, companion, or other individual, you are responsible for ensuring that you are authorized to provide that information where required.

You should provide only information that is reasonably necessary for the requested travel-planning service.

Where appropriate, you should make the individual aware that their information has been provided to Secret Sense and direct them to this Privacy Policy.

15. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

Secret Sense may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in:

• our services;

• our technology providers;

• our business practices;

• legal or regulatory requirements; or

• the way we collect or use personal information.
