The information we collect depends on how you interact with Secret Sense and the services you request.

• Traveler information, such as traveler names, dates of birth where relevant, nationality or citizenship, travel dates, departure location, traveler composition, and other information reasonably necessary for travel planning.

• Travel preferences, including budget, accommodation preferences, destination preferences or exclusions, climate preferences, preferred activities, dining preferences, transportation and flight preferences, interests, travel pace, special occasions, Surprise Level, and other preferences you choose to provide.

• Dietary, accessibility, and other relevant information, such as allergies, dietary requirements, mobility or accessibility needs, activity limitations, fears, or other information relevant to making appropriate travel recommendations.

• Payment and transaction information, such as invoices, payment status, transaction amounts, and related records. Payment-card details may be processed directly by third-party payment providers, Fora Travel, or travel suppliers rather than by Secret Sense.

• Communications, including application and questionnaire responses, booking approvals, revision requests, feedback, emails, and other communications relating to your service.

• Website and technical information, such as IP address, browser and device information, website interactions, pages viewed, cookie identifiers, and similar analytics information.

Information about other travelers

If you purchase Gift a Surprise or provide information about another traveler, Recipient, family member, or companion, you should provide only information that is reasonably necessary for the requested service and that you are authorized to provide.

2. SENSITIVE AND SPECIAL-CATEGORY INFORMATION

Some information relevant to personalized travel planning may be considered sensitive or special-category information under applicable privacy law.

This may include information concerning:

• health or medical-related needs;

• allergies;

• disabilities or accessibility requirements;

• mobility or physical limitations; or

• dietary requirements that may reveal health information, religious beliefs, or similar sensitive information.

We request this information only where it is relevant to the travel-planning service, and providing it is voluntary.

Where applicable law requires explicit consent to process this type of information, Secret Sense will request that consent at the point where the information is collected.

We use such information only as reasonably necessary to:

• avoid unsuitable recommendations;

• accommodate relevant requirements;

• support traveler safety; or

• communicate necessary requirements to an appropriate travel supplier or service provider.

3. HOW AND WHY WE USE PERSONAL INFORMATION

• respond to enquiries and applications;

• assess whether Secret Sense services are suitable for a prospective client;

• provide personalized travel-planning services;

• create Travel Briefs, proposals, itineraries, maps, recommendations, and other planning materials;

• administer Surprise Levels and Gift a Surprise services;

• research and facilitate authorized travel arrangements;

• communicate with clients, travelers, Fora Travel, and relevant travel suppliers;

• process planning fees, payments, invoices, and refunds;

• prepare and deliver Reveal Packages;

• provide customer support and manage revisions;

• maintain records of instructions, approvals, and transactions;

• operate, secure, and improve our website and services;

• prevent fraud or misuse;

• comply with legal, accounting, tax, regulatory, and insurance obligations; and

• establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Depending on the circumstances, we may process personal information because:

• it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract or to perform a contract with you;

• we have a legitimate business interest in operating and improving Secret Sense;

• we are required to do so by law; or

Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time, although this does not affect processing that took place before consent was withdrawn.

4. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

We do not sell personal information for money.

We may share information where reasonably necessary with:

• Fora Travel, through which Eniko Kolic operates as an independent travel advisor;

• travel suppliers, such as hotels, airlines, transportation providers, tour operators, activity providers, restaurants, and booking platforms;

• payment providers and financial institutions involved in processing or verifying payments;

• technology and business service providers, including providers of website hosting, online forms, email, cloud storage, CRM, analytics, communications, and document-management services;

• shipping and delivery providers involved in sending Reveal Packages;

• professional advisers, such as lawyers, accountants, insurers, and other advisers; and

• government authorities, courts, regulators, or law enforcement where disclosure is required or permitted by law.

Independent third parties may process personal information under their own privacy policies and legal obligations.

If Secret Sense is involved in a sale, merger, restructuring, financing, or transfer of all or part of its business or assets, relevant information may also be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.

5. INTERNATIONAL DATA PROCESSING

Secret Sense provides international travel-planning services and uses travel suppliers, technology providers, and service providers that may be located in different countries.

Your information may therefore be processed or transferred outside the country in which you live, including in the United States and other countries whose privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we will take reasonable steps to use appropriate safeguards.

• provide and complete requested services;

• maintain travel, payment, and client-approval records;

• handle complaints, disputes, or refunds;

Different categories of information may be retained for different periods.

When information is no longer reasonably required, we may delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it, subject to applicable legal requirements.

• request deletion of certain information;

10. CHILDREN AND MINORS

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase Secret Sense planning services or enter into a planning agreement with Secret Sense.

Our website and services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through the Website.

Information about a minor may nevertheless be provided by a parent, legal guardian, Purchaser, or other authorized adult where the minor is traveling as part of a trip.

Such information will be used only as reasonably necessary to provide the requested travel-planning or booking-related services.

If we become aware that personal information has been collected directly from a child under 13 in circumstances where it should not have been collected, we will take appropriate steps in accordance with applicable law.

11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our Website, proposals, itineraries, communications, or other materials may contain links to third-party websites and services.

Secret Sense does not control the privacy practices of independent third parties.
