Secret Sense Pre-Launch Offer Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to the Secret Sense pre-launch offer. By submitting the pre-launch questionnaire, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below.

1. About the Pre-Launch Offer

Secret Sense is currently offering a limited pre-launch opportunity for selected applicants to receive complimentary personalised trip planning. This offer is designed to help us refine the Secret Sense experience before our official launch. Selected applicants will receive complimentary planning support for a personalised surprise travel experience. Travel costs, including but not limited to flights, accommodation, transfers, meals, activities, experiences, travel insurance, visas, and any other trip-related expenses, are not included.

2. Eligibility

Anyone interested in a personalised surprise travel experience may submit the pre-launch questionnaire. The offer is open to individuals, couples, friends, families, and those planning a meaningful trip or special occasion. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission and involvement of a parent or legal guardian where required.

3. Selection Process

Submitting the questionnaire does not guarantee selection for the pre-launch offer. Applicants will be selected at the sole discretion of Secret Sense, based on factors such as suitability for the pre-launch experience, travel plans, readiness to book, budget, timing, and willingness to provide honest feedback. Secret Sense is under no obligation to provide a reason if an applicant is not selected.

4. Complimentary Planning

If selected, you will receive complimentary planning as part of the pre-launch offer. This includes reviewing your travel preferences, preparing a personalised physical destination reveal package, and creating a proposed travel plan or itinerary based on the information you provide. Complimentary planning does not include the cost of travel itself. You remain responsible for all travel-related costs. The physical destination reveal package is included as part of the complimentary pre-launch offer. However, the shipping fee is not included and will be invoiced separately before the package is posted. This cost may vary depending on the shipping destination.

5. Travel Costs and Hotel Rates

Travel costs are not included in the pre-launch offer. You acknowledge that hotel and resort rates for this experience start from approximately €250 or $300 per room, per night. Final prices may vary depending on destination, travel dates, availability, room category, season, exchange rates, and supplier terms. Any prices shared before booking are estimates only and may change until the reservation is confirmed.

6. Booking Timeframe

If selected, you agree that you are happy to book within 30 days of receiving your physical destination reveal package. If you do not make a reservation within this timeframe, Secret Sense reserves the right to withdraw the complimentary planning offer.

7. Physical Destination Reveal Package

Selected applicants will receive a physical destination reveal package as part of the pre-launch offer. The physical destination reveal package itself is included in the complimentary planning offer. However, the shipping fee will be invoiced separately before the package is posted. The shipping cost may vary depending on the destination and shipping location. Delivery usually takes 3–10 working days, although this can vary depending on the destination, postal service, and location. Secret Sense will let you know once your parcel has been sent and provide tracking details where available. Secret Sense is not responsible for delays caused by postal providers, customs, courier issues, incorrect delivery details provided by the applicant, or any other delivery issue outside its control.

8. Changes and Revisions

Secret Sense will aim to design an experience based on the preferences, budget, travel style, and information you provide. If the proposed destination or plan does not feel suitable, you may be eligible for one complimentary revision, where applicable. Further changes, additional revisions, or major alterations may not be included as part of the complimentary pre-launch offer.

9. Bookings and Availability

No travel booking is confirmed until payment has been made and the relevant supplier has issued confirmation. Accommodation, flights, experiences, transfers, and other services are subject to availability and supplier terms. Secret Sense cannot guarantee availability, pricing, upgrades, hotel benefits, or specific travel arrangements until they are confirmed by the supplier.

10. Preferred Partner Benefits

Where available, eligible hotel bookings may include preferred partner benefits such as breakfast, room upgrades, early check-in, late check-out, hotel credits, spa credits, or other amenities. These benefits are not guaranteed and may depend on the property, room category, travel dates, availability, booking terms, and supplier conditions.

11. Feedback Requirement

As part of the pre-launch offer, selected applicants agree to provide honest feedback after their trip. This feedback may be used internally to help Secret Sense improve its service, client experience, questionnaire, planning process, and reveal package. We will not publish your name, image, personal story, or identifiable feedback without your permission.

12. Client Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that all traveller information provided to Secret Sense is accurate and complete. You are also responsible for checking passport validity, visa requirements, entry requirements, travel insurance, medical requirements, and any other legal or practical requirements for your trip. Secret Sense does not provide legal, immigration, medical, or financial advice.

13. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travellers arrange appropriate travel insurance before booking or travelling. This may include cover for cancellation, medical emergencies, delays, lost luggage, and other unexpected events.

14. Cancellations, Changes, and Supplier Terms

Any bookings made as part of your trip will be subject to the cancellation, change, payment, and refund policies of the relevant suppliers. Secret Sense is not responsible for supplier cancellation fees, non-refundable bookings, changes in availability, airline schedule changes, hotel policy changes, or other third-party decisions.

15. Limitation of Responsibility

Secret Sense will use reasonable care when preparing your travel proposal and coordinating your experience. However, Secret Sense is not responsible for events outside its control, including but not limited to flight delays, cancellations, illness, weather, strikes, border restrictions, supplier failures, natural disasters, political events, or changes in travel regulations.

16. Changes to the Pre-Launch Offer

Secret Sense reserves the right to amend, pause, extend, or withdraw the pre-launch offer at any time. Any changes will not affect bookings that have already been confirmed, unless required by law or by supplier conditions.
